Role	Giovanni.Berloni performs the function of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AL-PER Solutions.
Career Summary	Giovanni began his career in 2000 as a fund accountant and subsequently as a senior fund accountant in the State Street Bank Luxembourg, in Luxembourg, where he was in charge of the calculation of fund net asset value, trade booking and corporate action verification. In 2004, he joined Bisys Hedge Fund services in Bermuda as an account manager and later as a group manager. He was responsible for managing the accounting team which involved reviewing calculations, liaising with account managers, maintaining a controlled operating environment and ensuring operation functions within established budgets. He was also in charge of effective recruitment and staff development. In 2007, he moved to DMS management in the Cayman Islands where he was working as a manager. His duties included providing services to a wide range of investment vehicles and structures, accepting appointment as a Director on investment funds and other vehicles, assisting with designing, implementing and overseeing internal controls and operating procedures, reviewing and assessing potential new business and ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements. He was also liaising with attorneys, investment managers, brokers and other financial service providers.
Qualifications	Giovanni holds a degree in Economics from the Università degli studi di Ancona, Italy.
